Meet Our Leadership Team
At Castor Evangelical Missionary Church, we are led by a dedicated group of our lead pastor, elders, and board members who are passionate about seeing our community thrive. They oversee our church's vision, finances, and spiritual direction, but most importantly, they are here to serve you.
Pastor Jacob Vetro has been the lead and solo pastor at Castor EMC since December 1st 2024. While he grew up on an acreage south of Sherwood Park, Jacob has two grandparents in Castor and has many fond memories of visits to the town of Castor in his growing up years. Pastor Jacob did his undergraduate studies in theology at Vanguard Bible College in Edmonton and is currently pursuing a Masters degree through Briercrest Seminary in Saskatchewan. Castor EMC is also where Jacob met his fiancé Dayna, and they look forward to many more years of ministry in Castor.
